I still have a few of the 11’s hanging around. The only 12’s I picked up was a box of the Kaiser Ludwigs which I thought were great, but since that size wasn’t offered in 2011 I can’t really compare. I haven’t had the 13s yet outside of this one, but I have heard the same sadly 🙁

But you’re right, any excuse to throw back a few Paulaner’s in a good excuse. They have the Oktoberfest 24packs at Costco for $26 right now. Can’t beat that!
