I recently tried the LFD Oro tubo, and I found it to be absolutely smooth, and personally, it was not too intense on the nicotine for me. When I smoked my cigar, I had not had an issue with needing a relight (barring the one time I had to walk away for a few minutes), or with cracking on the wrapper. If you get the chance(if you haven't already), you should try this cigar fresh.

In reply to <a href="https://www.casasfumando.com/la-flor-dominicana-oro-chisel-tubo/#comment-102491">jjo</a>.

It's a rough life down here, I have to admit. A local shop carries a hand full of LFD sticks but I have normally stayed away from them. I usually reach for Nicaraguan cigars thinking they deliver more in flavor and strength than Dominican made sticks. EPC and LFD have proven that belief wrong. Can't wait to get my hands on the Oro Maduro Chisel! Hopefully, I can find it around soon. Thanks for reading the review and stay warm and dry!

Take care,

I must admit that the closest I have come to a La Flor Dominicana is the Litto Gomez Signature Series from Famous Smoke. I just don't see them around here much. I will be looking a little harder in the future, though. Nice to see that you guys are having some nice weather. It's warming up all the way into the 50's here (and damp, too).

Thanks for the great review!
